sealed bids will be received by the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority at the Authority's office, 1 Highland Avenue, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey for Contract 206-South Interceptor for the Oceanport Section of Fort Monmouth Project. BID FOR: "Contract 206-South Interceptor for the Oceanport Section of Fort Monmouth Project" The envelope shall plainly set forth the name and address of Bidder. The project consists of: Installation of approximately 3,350 LF of 10", and 50 LF of 8" PVC sanitary gravity piping and associated appurtenances. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Executive Director of the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority, and shall be clearly marked on the outside lower left-hand corner, "Sealed Bid Contract 206- South Interceptor for the Oceanport Section of Fort Monmouth Project." Bids shall bear the name and address of the Bidder on the outside. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority as a guarantee that if the Contract or Agreement is awarded to the Bidder, that the Bidder will enter into an Agreement. The amount of the guarantee shall be ten percent (10%) of the base bid but shall not exceed $20,000.00. Bids shall be made on the standard Proposal Form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P. L. l975, C. 127, (N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17: 27) Affirmative Action and P. L. 1963, C. 150, Prevailing Wage. The Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of said opening.
