The County of Mercer requests bids for Sludge and Septage Removal and Sewer line cleaning for various County facilities for a period of two (2) years. This contract shall be awarded based upon the grand total for all locations for a period of two (2) years. All questions can be sent to imaldonado@mercercounty.org Sealed bids will be received by the Mercer County Purchasing Agent acting as Lead Agent on behalf of all contracting units located within the geographic boundaries of Mercer County for the Mercer County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
