The documents necessary for the tender will be available only through the electronic tendering system or order by telephone at the toll-free number 1-866-669-7326 (notice number: 20220906). Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing of this organization. Any interested tenderer must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents. A bid guarantee equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid in the form of a bond, certified check or bank draft must accompany the bid. This contract is subject to the ACCQO, the AQNB and the ALEC. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received and declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the bidders in the event of rejection of all the bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. Start date : 09 Jan 2023 *Award is subject to final approval.
