This is a Request for Qualifications to provide engineering services for the Town of Ramseur for projects as described below. The desired services include completion of the AIA studies, and design and property surveying, preliminary and final design, bidding and negotiation services, construction administration and construction observation services for the water system improvements project. The various projects are generally described as follows with more details provided in the RFQ body: Water Asset Inventory Assessment (AIA). Sewer Asset Inventory Assessment (AIA). Water System Improvements. Please note that these projects are being funded in part with American Rescue Program Act (ARPA) and contracts will need to follow the requirements of that funding. One pdf version of the proposal shall be submitted either by mail or by email in accordance with the following sections of this Request for Qualifications: A. Problem Statement B. Scope of Work C. Project Schedule D. Hourly Rate Schedule E. Proposal Content F. Factors for Award/Evaluation Criteria The Town of Ramseur will enter into a contract with the Engineer whose proposal of qualifications is determined to be the most advantageous to the Town. Factors to be considered, the method used in the evaluation of the proposal and selection of the Engineer are set forth in Section F.
