Sources Sought for Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery-Rehabilitation This is a Sources Sought Notice. This Sources Sought neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This Sources Sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify interested Contractors within the District area for the Scope of Work listed below. The following are general capabilities required to perform the Scope of Work according to USACE standards. The Contractor must be capable to perform the Scope of Work listed below. General Project Description: This Sources Sought Synopsis is a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify Small Business Contractors with experience that requires strict adherence to the Secretary of Interior's (SOI) Standards for preservation and rehabilitation. The work covered in the Sources Sought includes furnishing all equipment, labor, services, supplies and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete rehabilititation of a residential historic building to the SOI Standards. The NAICS Code for this requirement will be 236220, with a business capacity of $39,500,000 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Responses should include a brief capability statement of no more than three pages indicating the experience and capability of a variety of facility maintenance to include, but not limited to: Replacement of roof and roof drainage; replacement of roof skylight; replacement of siding; replacement of exterior doors with more historically appropriate materials; restoration of interior finishes; electrical work to include removal of outdated equipment and new work; installation of new HVAC system; renovation of bathrooms; limited site work including removal of astroturf. The anticipated work would be within Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, in St. Louis, Missouri. A.) Capability Statements: Note: Under capability statements below, in addition to listing general experience, specifically include a listing of any USACE projects on which you demonstrated the required capability, including levee projects. 1. Briefly explain your experience with historic materials per the SOI Standards for preservation and rehabilitation. 2. Experience with class A occupancy buildings per preservation and rehabilitation per the SOI Standards. 3. Experience with working in a cemetery. 4. Experience with developing quality assurance plans. 5. Coordination of work on sites where other Contractors may be concurrently performing work under a separate contract. 6. Experience as a Prime Contractor managing multiple subcontractors on the same contract. 7. Performance of the work as a Prime Contractor on a Federal contract. B.)
