Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled within a period of 60 days following the date for receipt of bids without the prior written consent of Buckingham Township. Buckingham Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, e1rnrs, or omissions in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Bidding Documents, Buckingham will have complete discretion to award a Contract (or not to award a Contract) to any bidder based on any criteria Buckingham Township deems relevant.
