Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Van Buren, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project includes asphalt overlay of approximately 8,700 linear feet of streets in Van Buren, Arkansas along Pointer Trail West, Legacy Boulevard, and Durango Drive. This project also includes additional street, sidewalk and drainage improvements at various sites within the City. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from Hawkins-Weir Engineers. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes. The City of Van Buren, Arkansas reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. This publication was paid for by the City of Van Buren, Arkansas, and the cost of the publication is $622.04, per Arkansas Code 14-55-208 and related statutes.
