Renovation of a hospitality development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade hospitality development.
Epidaurus dba Amity Foundation invites general contractors to bid on a renovation project located at 3745 S. Grand Ave., in Los Angeles, CA 90007. The project is located in the City of Los Angeles Council District 9. The project consists of the renovation of an existing 4-Story, 63 existing guestrooms (56 Proposed), including but not limited to Demolition, MEP's, & Finishes. The building will remain fully occupied, therefore the project will consist of multiple phases. Each phase will be started and completed prior to starting the following phase. This project being administered through City of Los Angeles LAHD and is a federal Davis Bacon and State of California prevailing wage opportunity.
