Clayton County Public Schools Demolition of the Former Riverdale Elementary School located at 6630 Camp Street, Riverdale, GA 30296 ("the Project"). The proposed scope of work consists of but is not limited to: The complete demolition of the former Riverdale Elementary site per plans in preparation for the construction of a new facility. Included will be the disconnection of existing utilities, the demolition of all existing structures as well as the grading and stabilizing. Required permits are anticipated on or before December 15, 2022. All rights of way and easements anticipated for the Project have not been obtained. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
