Envelopes are to be marked as "Bid for Pulaski Park Basketball Court Improvements". Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount from a surety satisfactory to CEDA or by a certified check or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount in favor of CEDA. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond.
