Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Hastings, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This will be the only opportunity for contractors to visit the site since YRTCH is a closed campus. All bids shall be made on the printed forms attached to and made a part of the Proposed Contract Documents. The said Documents have been prepared by JEO Consulting Group. Printed and Electronic drawings can be acquired through A&D Technical Supply, Lincoln, NE at their standard rates. The document may also be examined at the Lincoln Builders Bureau, Hastings Builders Bureau, Grand Island Builder Plan Service, Kearney Plan Service and Central Nebraska Plan Service in North Platte. The bidding party is responsible for registering as a plan holder with the distributing party in order to be notified of addenda and drawing changes during the bidding process. Each bidder must submit with the bid a certified or cashiers' check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The character and amount of security to be submitted by the contractor for the performance of the contract is stated in the proposed contract documents. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for a period of at least Sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids. The State of Nebraska, DAS/State Building Division reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise for Bids; and further reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity.
