City of Buffalo staff is available to accept deliveries on standard business days Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. to all that have requested to be added. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held to familiarize each Prospective Bidder with the scope of work and to field any questions the bidders may have. The Pre-Bid Conference will be informal only and will in no way negate the requirements associated with the interpretation of the Contract Documents. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Addenda will be emailed from Avalon Document Services to Bidders listed on the official Plan Holders List. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all Addenda by securely stapling in place all addenda within the front or back covers of the proposal book. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents. The City of Buffalo will not be responsible for full or partial set of Contract Documents, including any Addenda obtained from any other source. The City of Buffalo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
