Scope of work shall include the installation of six (6) electric basketball goal winches with remote operation, cabling, and remote transmitters at the following school as specified: 2023 Replacement of Basketball Goal Winches at North Augusta Middle School Performance and Labor/Materials (Payment) Bonds along with notarized Power of Attorney will be required, at 100% each, from the awarded Bidder. All Contractors will be required to inspect the individual schools by contacting the Principal of North Augusta Middle School, Kimbra Meek at kmeek@acpsd.net , by email, for a predetermined appointment after this meeting. Sign-in sheets will be available at the Principals office. Principal CANNOT answer questions concerning this bid package. All questions must be directed to the persons indicated below. No Bid Bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required. A valid Certificate of Insurance must also be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive all technicalities and formalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening. The Contractor bidding on the project is responsible for reviewing any addendums prior to the bid by checking the Aiken County Public School web page.
