For Central Station Roof Replacement New Shingle Roof: 1. Remove and dispose of all existing shingles and roofing materials to the deck. 2. Contractor responsible for removal of all debris from site and proper disposal of same. 3. Supply and install a minimum of 6 ft., ice and waterproofing underlayment along eaves and in valleys. 4. Supply and install white rake edge and drip edge. 5. Install seam tape on plywood 6. Supply and install synthetic underlayment over entire roof area. 7. Supply and install 30-Year Architectural style shingles, color to be chosen by owner. 8. Include step flashing and reseal around vents, chimney and any other roof protrusions as needed. 9. Supply and install new pipe boots. 10. Supply and install new ridge vents. 11. Rotted or delaminated roof sheeting, to match thickness, is to be replaced at additional cost and will be charged per square ft. including all labor & materials. Wood replacement must be approved by Town at time of discovery. 12. Removal of existing solar panels and stage inside building. Electrical will be disconnected by owner. 13. Replace power exhaust fan with new unit which includes a thermostat and humidistat. Electrical disconnect and reconnect to be done by owner. 14. Flash around cupola Optional: Provide and new 5 seamless aluminum gutters at eaves and new 3 x 4 downspouts Contractor Requirements: Vendor must have completed at least three Projects similar in size and scope within the last 3 years. References and details (including contact names and phone numbers) for these projects must be provided and should be included with the bid.
