No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled opening of bids without the consent of the City of Sheboygan. Bids are to be emailed to Bernard.ramm er@sheboyganwi.gov by the time/date listed. The City of Sheboygan is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax. The City of Sheboygan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, cancel this solicitation in whole or in part, waive informalities in the bidding process, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the City of Sheboygan.
