The proposed work included in this Contract is in the community of Big Grassy River First Nation which is located approximately 95 km northwest of the Township of Emo in northwestern Ontario. The Pegamigaabo School is a Kindergarten-to-Grade 8 elementary school that provides schooling and extracurricular activities for Big Grassy River First Nation students. The planned project includes the expansion of the existing Pegamigaabo School located at 513 Beach Road, Big Grassy First Nation, Ontario, at the south-east side for the addition of two (2) new energy efficient classrooms with approximate total area of 21.99 m x 8.1 m = 178.1 sq.m = 1,917 sq.ft.
