The City of Charlottesville is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to establish a term contract for HVAC Filters on an as needed basis. Period Of Contract: Contract shall be for one-year beginning the date of the ratified contract with the option to renew under the terms of the original agreement for up to Nine (9) additional one-year terms if agreed upon in writing by both parties.
