The Project consists of: demolition of interior gypsum board walls and ceiling, interior stud framed walls, countertops, kitchen cabinetry, finish flooring, plumbing fixtures, and electrical. Installation of new electrical panel, electrical wiring, interior stud framed walls, insulation, gypsum board, plumbing and mechanical fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, resilient flooring, wall base, and painting Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Taunton Housing Authority.
