The University of Massachusetts - Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Falmouth Annex 207 Lab Renovation for the University of Massachusetts - Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by HGA Architects and Engineers LLC. The Project consists of: Modify current lab space with an added solid wall, exhaust fan for ventilation, eyewash/shower station. The work is estimated to cost $295,000.
