Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Lexington, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Central Stores Roof Replacement Project Location: 415 Ball Park Road, Lexington SC 29072 Roof Replacement Remove existing gutters and downspouts. Trim metal panels at eave in preparation for installation of new wood nailers. Install wood nailers at roof perimeter to match final insulation thickness. Remove the existing skylights and install "in kind" metal roof panels. Install loose laid factory bevel cut polyisocyanurate insulation. Install second layer of insulation. Install 1/2 " gypsum cover board. "Gang" screw all insulation components into existing metal roof panels. Install induction welded TPO roof membrane secured to purlins. Install new gutters and downspouts. Install new metal roof edges in compliance with ANSI-SPRI ES-1. After all work is complete, thoroughly clean roof surface of debris, and footprints. Contractors are responsible for all disconnection and reconnection of applicable equipment and are instructed to use only qualified, licensed personnel where applicable. Provide the owner with a manufacturer's 20-year non-prorated labor and material warranty.
