Cleaning Specifications for Paine Elementary School Paine Elementary custodial staff will be responsible for, library, teacher workrooms, offices and keeping the soap, paper towels and toilet paper stocked in restrooms. With the exception of the responsibilities of the custodial staff listed above the bidder will be responsible for all classrooms, all hallways, both gymnasiums, including the upper area in the gym, both cafeterias, the nurse's clinics, all bathrooms open to the hallways, teacher restroom and the office lobby. The bid will be awarded to the lowest Bidder/Vendor meeting specifications.
