The project is expected to be awarded on November 14, 2022.** Install pervious pavement on the walking trail, install irrigation and landscaping plantings as noted on drawings. Construction time is 180 calendar days. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all proposals. Bidders are hereby notified that they must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Compliance with the City/County Utility Commission's Minority and Women Business Enterprise program is required on this project. Please refer to the Special Instructions to Bidders contained in the Bidding Documents. The subcontracting goals are: 15% MBE, 8% WBE.
