A brief summary of the work involved in this Contract is for: - Demolition and removals, including, but not limited to, fencing, lighting, trees, granular - Supply and install of asphalt, fencing, lighting, site furniture - Earthworks and grading, including pneumatic excavation - Supply and install of plant material, topsoil, mulch, seed, and sod - The Contractor shall design, produce, and place Warm Mix Asphalt for this project - All costs for cold weather protection of concrete shall be included in the Unit Price Bid NOTE: This project site consists of natural features that pose limitations on what machinery can be used due to restrictive access. It is the Contractor's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the project site constraints during the tender period to determine their logistical approach. No additional compensation will be permitted during the construction period as a result of limitations in terms logistics/equipment usage.
