Only tenders prepared on the forms provided by the City of Mercier, including the duly completed appendices, will be taken into consideration. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, in the form of a certified check or a tender bond, for an amount equal to 10% of the annual value of the contract (taxes included). The Council of the City of Mercier does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received.
