B.C. Pavilion Corporation, the owner and operator of BC Place Stadium, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to supply, install and maintain new outdoor signage affixed to BC Place and/or on its property, and to provide outdoor advertising services for the new signage and for the PavCo owned one (1) electronic static format LED signage display located at 777 Pacific Boulevard, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Contractor's scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: a) Supply, install, and maintain new outdoor signage affixed to BC Place and/or on its property; b) Notify PavCo of any repairs required for the existing Digital Structure; c) Provide outdoor advertising services for the new outdoor signage and for the Digital Structure (collectively referred to as the "BC Place Outdoor Signage") to generate revenue for PavCo and the Contractor; and d) Affix cameras to the Signage or near the Signage, at the Contractor's cost, to verify compliance with hours of operation and to provide proof of posting to the Contractor's clients (i.e., advertisers). The affix of the cameras is to be approved by PavCo prior to the installation of the cameras.
