Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Fairview, Montana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Bids will be received for the East Fairview School Additions and Renovations in accordance with the Specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by EAPC Architects. STATE AND FEDERAL STATUTE COMPLIANCE: Each bidder will comply with all fair labor practices and state statutes. This project will follow North Dakota State Labor Laws. Also, Subcontractors are responsible for following all North Dakota State Tax Laws. Alternative accessible formats of this notice are available upon request. PERFORMANCE, LABOR & MATERIAL BOND: Successful bidders may, be required to furnish an approved Performance Bond, and Labor & Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of their contract. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for at least THIRTY (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS: The Owner & the Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the proposal which best serves the interests of the Owner.
