Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Knightdale, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of, but is not limited to: Installation of 656 linear feet of 5' to 6' (varies) concrete sidewalk along the southern side of Flowers Street in Knightdale, North Carolina. In addition, installation of 670 linear feet of 2.5' curb and gutter and 236 linear feet of new storm drainage piping, two (2) storm drainage offset boxes and one (1) storm drainage drop inlet. Associated landscaping approved by the Town of Knightdale will also be installed. With request for Bidding Documents supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, and phone and fax numbers for Bidding office; N. C. contractor's license with limitation and classification; indicate if the firm will be a Bidder, Supplier or Sub-Contractor. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
