Services are to be provided on an "as requested" basis. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of five (5) years. The usage over the term is estimated at $367,500.00 (GST/HST included). This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements.
