The City of Santa Clara ("City") is soliciting bids from Contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to resurface ten (10) tennis courts as required by the Parks and Recreation Department. The quantities/service levels specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities/service levels that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities/service levels shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates. The award for this requirement will be based on lowest responsive and responsible quote that meets all specifications. The City may award by line item, lot, or overall lowest cost after application of local business preference, if applicable. The EO directs the City of Santa Clara to take certain immediate steps, including notifying all contractors and grantees of their obligations to comply with existing economic sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russia's actions in Ukraine, as well as any sanctions imposed under state law.
