This Tender consists of solid waste removal services for the Department of Environment and Local Government as per the attached Specification. This contract shall extend for a three (3) year term, from February 1, 2023 until January 31, 2026, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year term upon written agreement by both parties. Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid based on pricing. The Vendor with the lowest Total Price for services will then be subject to reference checks as indicated in Specification prior to the award of a contract. Contract will not be awarded to any vendor until all references, proof of insurance and proof of WorkSafeNB coverage is received as detailed below. Failure to submit the required documents within 5 business days following the request from SNB may result in the vendor bid being disqualified. There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. To expedite the contract award process, Vendors should include the following with their bid: i. list of two (2) References including: 1. name of reference 2. organization name 3. contact phone number 4. contact email address ii. proof of insurance iii. proof of WorkSafe NB coverage and in good standing Vendors should indicate their YEARLY price for servicing the total area in the 'Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' for the three (3) years. Pricing and should NOT include taxes. Unit Price = Price for one year Extended Price = 1 Years Price (Unit Price x 3 Years) Please ensure to also indicate the total bid price in the "Total Including all charges" space provided. The price bid shall not include HST.
