Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bristol, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; residential development; warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This scope of work includes Rehab work in two residences including, drywall repair/replacement, painting, wood subfloor, laminate flooring, toilet remove/replace, block wall cleaning/treating, bathroom vanities replacement, kitchen cabinet replacement, interior stair repair, interior door installation, exterior stair/deck repair and stain, exterior water line replacement, pressure reducing valves, fascia/soffit replacement, and gutter repair/replacement. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete the project. Item (01) House 1 Rehab Lump Sum Repair/replace drywall chase around ductwork in basement. Inspect basement ductwork and replace/repair as needed. Install new pressure reducing valve. Clean and treat Basement floors and walls Repair fascia board and soffit. Inspect and repair gutters as needed. Repair deck steps and deck boards. Replace main water 3/4 in supply line from shut off valve to house. Item (02) House 2 Rehab Lump Sum Replace drywall throughout the house with exception of the storage/garage area and utility room of the basement. Install drywall in stair corridors to basement.Patch up holes in wall from door knobs. Install door stops. Paint main level walls (new and old drywall). Install flooring throughout the main level of the house with laminate flooring including base trim. A second layer of 1/2inch plywood will need to be installed under the laminate flooring (Repair/replace subfloor as needed in kitchen only). Repair/replace subflooring main bathroom. Replace toilet flange. Clean and treat Basement floors and walls Replace two 30-inch bathroom vanities Replace two base corner cabinets, sink cabinet, and one additional side cabinet. Place new insulation in the basement ceiling throughout the house. Repair stairs leading to the basement. Repair deck steps and deck boards. Replace main water 3/4in supply line from shut off valve to house. Install new pressure reducing valve. Install one interior door at step entrance to basement. Repair fascia board and soffit. Inspect and repair gutters as needed. PROJECT LOCATON This project is located at the Jacobs Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located 32 of miles from Bristol, TN, in Sullivan County. The address is 984 Denton Valley Road, Bristol, TN 37620. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Between $25,000 and $100,000. Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions in writing by October 12th, 2022. Questions will be considered at any time prior to or during the conference; however, offerors will be asked to confirm verbal questions in writing. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
