The apparent low bid was submiAed by J3 Company, LLC (J3), in the amount of $515,997.50. The bid responses were reviewed and checked by the City's Design Engineer Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN). Based on LAN's bid evalua&on process, they find no objec&on to proceeding with bid award to J3. J3 has affirmed in wri&ng its intent to execute and perform under the City's standard form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for Construction Contract (based upon a Stipulated Price). ______________________________ All labor, materials and equipment for the work required for the construction of a 10-foot-wide shared use path.
