For a public-private agreement to improve the infrastructure, parking lot, and traffic flow at and around Johnson Elementary School, 4235 East State Road 256, Scottsburg, Indiana 47170 (the School) in a public-private partnership, along with making other site improvements to the School, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Indiana Code, including, but not limited to, Indiana Code Section 5-23. Electronic proposals/offers will be reviewed, and a recommendation to award the public-private agreement to a proposer/offeror will be given by the RFPQ Committee created by the Board of School Trustees of the District (the "Board"). The Board will review the RFPQ Committee's recommendation and determine, after a public hearing, whether to accept or reject such recommendation. Any potential proposer/offeror may inquire further for the purpose of clarification to assure a full understanding of the requirements by submitting written questions to the District's representatives via email to either hwhite@scsd2.k12.in.us or briley@scsd2.k12.in.us. The Board reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all proposals/offers, to reject proposals/ offers that do not meet the qualifications outlined in the RFPQ, and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the disposition process or in any proposal/offer. The Board further reserves the right to reject all proposals/offers, should the Board determine that the proposals/ offers are not in the best interest of the District. The Board and the RFPQ Committee reserve the right to have discussions with the proposers/offerors for the purpose of clarification to assure full understanding of and responsiveness to the solicitation requirements.
