Bids for Roofing and Elevator Trades Only - Roofing $4,169,962 - Elevators $1,487,640 The work is estimated to cost $204,000,000. The project includes demolition and replacement of 8 multi-story masonry buildings containing 175 multi- family housing units, and 3 single-story accessory structures. The new construction consists of 6 four- story buildings containing 278 apartments, plus a single-story maintenance building. The project will also include extensive sitework and site utilities replacement. Consigli Construction Company is the construction manager at risk for the project. The work is estimated to cost $204,000,000. All bidder questions must be submitted in writing by electronic submission to the Architect atjacksonplace@bwaboston.com.Include "Jackson Place Apartments Bidder RFI" in the email subject line. Bids shall remain in effect for 60 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded after opening. Successful bidders shall agree to commence work and complete the Work in accordance with the dates set forth in the Bidding Documents and Contract Documents.
