All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area and at the toll-free number 1 866 669-7326 for residents living outside. The contract covered by this invitation to tender is for a period of 36 months from its effective date. The probable start date of the contract is between October 1 , 2022 and November 1 , 2022. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Société under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions .
