Upgrades, repairs and renovations of the elementary school building. The scope of the project includes envelope repairs including repairs/replacement of doors and windows, roof upgrades and interior renovations of the building. TIMELINE: Working drawings are almost finalized. Project is temporary on hold pending required funding. The owner has submitted a funding request in the framework of the Quebec Infrastructure upgrade Plan 2026-2036 and is waiting for the project funding confirmation. Timelines of further project development are not finalized. Further update in late 2026/early 2027.
