Site work for a swimming pool in Bengough, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The Bengough Pool Steering Committee is requesting proposals from qualified Pool Contractors to undertake the design and construction of a new outdoor competition/leisure pool to be constructed in the Town of Bengough. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to inform potential bidders of an opportunity and to permit them to submit proposals. A Project Manager may be retained by the Committee to oversee the work of the Pool Contractor, in addition to directing all aspects of the Scope of the Work identified in this RFP. It is expected that bidders will submit their own specific design for the swimming pool component of the work and to ensure the available space is not exceeded. The chosen site for the construction of the new Aquatic Centre is located at 401 Main Street Bengough, Saskatchewan specifically Block R3 Plan CX84 The space allocated for the new Aquatic Centre is a 48.50 metre (east to west) x 49.30 metre (north to south). See attached Site plan In addition to the Aquatic Component of the project there will need to be a new mechanical room constructed. The size of the mechanical room will be dependent on the equipment required for the Aquatic Component, which is to be located along the south west side of the pool site.
