Bid documents can be obtained on the Quebec government's electronic tendering system To be considered, any submission must: Comply with the tender documents and be presented on the forms forming part of these documents; Be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond payable to the Municipality, equal to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the total amount of the bid (including taxes) for the first year 2022-2023; The Municipality of Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and will not incur any liability for costs and losses suffered by tenderers following the call for tenders.
