Site work and paving for a civil project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of November 29, 2022, project was awarded Peek Brothers Construction, awarded amount is $2,947,888.14. Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct water main interconnections at various locations; construct 10", 12", and 24" water mains; jack and bore casing pipe; demolition of existing facilities; temporary and permanent asphalt pavement patching; concrete replacement; grading and riprap placement; grout/slurry fill of abandoned water mains. A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147.
