OC community resources / oc parks is seeking competitive bids to establish an annual contract for erosion supplies the county of orange will not pay any fees for shipping and handling so please include any freight cost/handling charges to the bid price. orange county will not consider any charges other than what is listed in the bid. the term of the agreement shall be for five years. please bid on any or all items that your company can provide to the county of orange bidders are advised to carefully read the county terms and conditions, along with all specifications prior to submitting a bid. this is a fully electronic bid. you must place your bid on website. when submitting your bid you will be certifying that you have read, understand and accept the county of orange terms and conditions. contractor will be required to sign a contract upon award. the attached model contract is a the contract proposed for execution.
