If the Stop-work Order Is Issued Against a Subcontractor, the General Contractor May Terminate That Subcontractor From the Project in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.35(D). It Is the Policy of the New Jersey Department of Transportation That Small Business Enterprises, as Defined in N.j.a.c. 17:14-1.2 Et Seq., Shall Have the Maximum Opportunity to Participate in the Performance of This Contract. Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.51, Contractors Must Be Registered With the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division of Wage and Hour Compliance at the Time of Bid. Minimum Wage Rates for This Project Shall Be as Specified in the "Prevailing Wage Determination of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development" on File With This Department. The Attention of Bidders Is Directed to the Provisions Covering Subletting or Assigning the Contract to Section 108-prosecution and Completion of the New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The Entire Work Is to Be Completed on or Before the Estimated Completion Date. Dot Reserves Its Right to Reject Any and/or All Bids in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 27:7-30 and N.j.s.a. 27:7-33 NJDOT - Call Order 141 - Route 46, Route 287 to Route 23 (Pompton Avenue), ITS *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All work is complete to allow safe unencumbered use of the final paved portion of roadway throughout the project including but not limited to striping, RPMs, rumble strips, highway lighting, and traffic signals as determined by the RE.
