Korean War Memorial Subject to the right of the City of Troy to reject any and all bids. Site improvements for the relocation of the City of Troy's Korean War Memorial. The site improvements include relocation of the existing monument on a new foundation, concrete paths, stamped/colored concrete plaza, block walls, concrete memorial wall, stainless steel lettering, entrance signs, lighting, and landscaping. The project is partially funded by New York State Department of State (NYSDOS) All questions must be received no later than 2:00 PM EDT on Thursday, September 29, 2022.
