Reference Number: AB-2022-05455 The City of Calgary ("The City") of its intent to enter into contract with PC Corp Inc. for the provision of Preventive Maintenance Program for Schneider Electric Canada Inc.'s Uninterruptible Power Supply ("UPS") systems installed at the Whitehorn Multi-Service Data Centre for the next five (5) years. It is the intent of The City to award this contract for the following reason(s): - New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWTPA) exemption (g): "where it can be demonstrated that only one supplier is able to meet the requirements of a procurement." - PC Corp Inc. is a member of the Certified Service Sales Program ("CSSP") and is authorized as a reseller of APC and Schneider Electric Services in Alberta Canada, as governed by the CSSP guide. PC Corp is the only CSSP in Alberta.
