The Pease Development Authority ("PDA") invites sealed bids for Portsmouth International Airport at Pease Terminal Expansion - Arrivals Hall Project at the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease ("PSM") terminal building located at 42 Airline Avenue in Portsmouth, New Hampshire Prospective contractors must be fully insured and have a current registration or the ability to obtain registration with the Office of The Secretary of State to do business in New Hampshire and able to provide a certificate of good standing. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond in the amount of 5% for bid security. Before preparing the proposals, contractors should carefully examine all Contract Documents.
