Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and for paving for a fitness / recreation center.

The City has elected to use a Design-Assist procurement method under which to construct the facility. The City of Roseville has retained a Landscape Architect to provide design and potential design services during construction. Proposals will be used to select the Design-Assist Contractor for this project. This RFP seeks construction firms interested in constructing the new ten field, lighted, rectangular field sports complex with support amenities such as parking lots, walkways, shaded picnic areas, misting systems, restrooms, concession/officials building, maintenance yard and a universally accessible play area. The proposed project will be located on a City owned vacant lot at 2600 Westbrook Drive, Roseville, CA 95747. The site is approximately 51 acres in size. The general contractor will be selected based on the qualifications, experience, and approach to completing the project within the identified budget and schedule. All work must be performed within a guaranteed maximum price . The project will be locally funded. The Contractor shall follow all City bidding policies and practices. Applicable prevailing wage requirements shall apply. In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code, Section 3300, City of Roseville has determined that Contractor shall possess a valid Class A or B Contractor License at the time of contract award and for the duration of the Agreement. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
