TBPELS: ENGR F-230; SURV 10011600, 10011601, 10194381 GBPE: PEF007431; TBAE: BR 2673 The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract at any time within sixty (60) days after the date of receiving bids, or to reject any or all bids and waive any or all formalities.
