Question Deadline: Wed Sep 28, 2022 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 12 Niagara Region is committed to improve transportation safety by reducing the risk of death and serious injury result from incidents on our transportation system as part of the vision zero program. Through this RFP, Niagara region is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct In Service Road Safety Review for section of Regional Road 20 (Lundy's Lane) between Kalar Rd and Montrose Rd and including the two intersections. The goal is to review collision history, geometric characteristics, traffic operation efficiencies, and conduct field investigations that may include, but not be limited to traffic conflict observations, human factors assessment and access management. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
