Renovation of a municipal facility in Farmingville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of January 30, ,2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Intent of this project is to replace the existing Automated Building System with a new Direct Digital Control Automated Building System. This project is being supported, in whole, or in part, by federal award number SLRFP1985 awarded to the Town of Brookhaven by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The Town of Brookhaven has established an overall 30% goal for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation (15% MBE and 15% WBE) for this project. The Contractor shall make, and document, all good faith efforts made to achieve the MWBE Goal. Additionally, all responders must complete and submit the Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Requirements Acknowledgement Certification, the Affidavit of Proposer Agreeing to Comply with ARPA Terms and Conditions, the Certification Regarding Lobbying, and the MWBE Solicitation Sheet found at the end of Appendix A. Submission of a waiver form does not demonstrate that the proposer made and documented good faith efforts. Good faith efforts must be documented on the MWBE sheet. Failure to submit the required MWBE forms may result in the rejection of your bid.
