The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services, is soliciting quotations from qualified custodial services companies for the cleaning material purchases, cleaning equipment purchases and cleaning services that occur inside and on the building site and grounds for DPSS Commercial and Residential sites as needed . The County of Riverside desires to keep a favorable image along with maintaining sanitary conditions for its employees and all who reside in and visit this facility. Any contractor awarded as a result of this solicitation shall be able to render custodial services, which shall also include providing janitorial supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for janitorial staff. It is the sole responsibility of the awarded contractor to provide adequate janitorial supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. (as noted in Exhibit A, Section 1.E - Materials and Supplies). These services are to be rendered twice a day for 2 1/2 hours each interval, seven (7) days a week, including holidays, and shall be performed with professionalism and excellent quality to the satisfaction of DPSS and DPSS Designee.
