General Contractor Notice URGENT I am sending this only to those of you that we are working with for JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK and not involving anyone else. What has happened is we were awarded this site, but then a company in Kansas City protested our award, and the GOVT reevaluated them and were found to be compliant and it looks like they have a lower bid than us so they are trying to take our AWARD away from us and give it to them. They gave me until next Friday to revise my bid and resend it to them so I need your help. We all need to sharpen our pencils and come together to figure out a way to be able to keep this job. We have already contacted our attorney and he did say that even if we already have a signed contract with them, which we do, they can take it away as a convenience to the Federal Govt. I have never seen this done before, but I know we need to do something. If any of you have sent a proposal to a company in Kansas City let me know so at least know what they may have and what we are up against.
